Returns, Damaged Goods & Warranty Policy At Lux Campers, all of our cabinets are manufactured to order and supplied as flat-pack products. Returns & Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for: * Change of mind. * Incorrect selection or ordering. * Products that have been assembled, modified, altered, or installed. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Freight Damage We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives with damage caused during transit, we will replace the affected component(s). To make a freight damage claim, you must: * Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. * Email clear photographs of:    * The damaged component(s).    * The packaging, including any visible external damage.    * The shipping label (where possible). * Include your order number and a brief description of the damage. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted. Once your claim has been assessed and approved, Lux Campers will provide replacement parts for the damaged component(s) at no cost. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before commencing assembly or installation. ⸻ 6-Month Product Warranty Lux Campers provides a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product or component is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Camper Co. will, at its discretion: * Repair the defective component; * Supply a replacement component; or * Replace the product where appropriate. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover: * Normal wear and tear. * Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product. * Damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation. * Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents or improper storage. * Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product. * Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, water, heat, chemicals or outdoor conditions unless the product is specifically designed for such use. * Damage occurring during transport after delivery. * General loosening of fasteners or hardware due to normal use. Making a Warranty Claim To submit a warranty claim, please contact Lux Campers with: * Your order number. * A description of the issue. * Clear photographs showing the fault. If requested, the defective component may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued. ⸻ Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Alternatively if these locations do not suit, please contact us directly via email at luxcampers@gmail.com to discuss postage options for your location that will incur a postage fee.  

Please also be aware as these are large heavy items you will require an appropriate vehicle (van, ute or trailer) for the pallet to be forklifted onto upon collection. Once home you will need to remove each individual item manually from the pallet whilst still on the vehicle before attempting to remove the pallet due to the weight.
